I haven't cut anyone--it's just to keep the pervs out (as in, "those who take one look at my Interests section, see the rainbow colorbar, and automatically think this journal is a porn site").

I do hope this didn't happen because some idiot out there in the interwebs did anything stupid. If so, I will shake my fist in there direction.

It happened because I woke up yesterday to find 7 friends requests in my inbox--from individuals primarily interested in lesbian porn (at least that's what I gleaned from their user pages). Not the first time it's happened to me and I doubt it will be the last. This is my way of attempting to minimize the chances of recurrence.
