So. I'm hanging out with Katie, and we're both tap tap tapping away on our laptops like the sad little monkeys we are, so I'm blagging. That's right. Blagging.
So. I'm really really really ready to leave this camp. I got a new job in Colorado (hooyah!), and it's at my old camp, and they came after me instead of vice verse, which is cool. I'll be near my family, which is great. I'll be near Steve (more on that in a bit), and it's an amazing job. I'm basically going to be BUILDING their teambuilding program. That is an amazing job for a 20-year-old to get. In fact, that really doesn't happen. So, wicked excitement. MAJOR paycut ($167, nope, sorry, $167.40 a week. Woot woot), but I am hating it here so much that it is totally worth it.
Side note to that: I'm trying to convince Katie to come run the ranch program there in the summer. She's borderline. It would be amazing if she would work there, but I don't know if it will happen. We shall see.
So. Steve. Steve is my good friend from high school whom I lost touch with, then recently found again. On my roadtrip back to Colorado, I will be stopping in Boulder and staying with him. I was going to stay for just one night, but he got all puppy eyes with me on the phone, and so now I'm staying at least two nights. And... I think we've put together a semi-unspoken agreement to have sex? I dunno. It's all innuendo and such. But I know that he's attracted to me, and I to him, and we argue about philosophy quite a bit, and the arguments can get quite heated, so that could be really fun. Anyway. We shall see.
So. My baby sister joined the Army. She ships out for basic on March 7th, which is in six days. Her 19th birthday is on the 14th. She's going into MedEvac. Which means she's a paramedic in a chopper. A chopper that has guns mounted on it, because people are shooting at said chopper. I'm trying really hard not to freak out, which is difficult, because she's definitely getting sent to Iraq, since she requested it. Christ.
That's all for now.
