Harry removes Snapes Dark Mark and replaces it

I do not remember much about the story but:

- Harry is secretly powerful

- Harry offers Snape to remove his mark and replace it with his own ( I think something with a rose?)

- I´m not sure if Harry and Snape are together (I think not) but if they are it´s definitely not before Harry removes the mark

- eventually that will also be offered to Lucius

I'm not sure about it as the mark is not a rose but Turn Around by Tara Tory fits all the description otherwise.

Yes, I found there a scene like the one I´m searching for.
It could be the right story but somehow I remember a following scene where Snape brings Lucius to Harry. To also get the "new" mark.

I'm slowly starting to think that I'm mixing up different stories...
