the commute is the worst part. the last couple days of work weren't too bad work-wise. maybe i'm getting used to the schedule. that's actually part of the issue. i have to wake up at 0530 to get to work "on time" (they're a little flexible, but people show up generally around 0700 and work until 1600

it would have been nice to see you, but maybe another time? ali and i hadn't seen each other in awhile and just needed some time together. the long-distance thing is not ideal. hope you're doing well.
