Did anyone else's turkey come stuffed with spiders or is it just mine?

Though one a the kid's gobble gobble came with sharp razors in 'em. Good thing we ain't got any emo kids in the house.

Are they easy to kill?

It takes approximately two hits per arachnid to properly destroy them.
