How do I answer that? Never honestly. I either don't know how I am, or I don't want to get into it...or I just don't feel like telling that particular person. Hey bUTT.
I know what you mean. When someone ask's "how are you?" It's just mechanical to say "fine" or "good", even if you feel like crap. People aren't usually sincere in asking "how are you" either, it's usually just small talk. How sad.
