Pinch. Slide method doesn't work well with my torique lens (right eye only).
Last night, I tried getting the regular (left eye) contact lens out by pinching with my finger tips (the back side of my finger tips). It worked, but then I lost the lens, and it took me 15 minutes to find it. The other eye... was much more difficult. Pinching the lens out didn't work. Sliding didn't work. I tried pinching with my nails. After a half hour and a very watery and red eye later, I eventually got it out by sliding my nail under the lens. I've probably scratched my eye, nevermind the contact lens. And nails are germy, so I hope I don't get some weird eye infection.
I do use disposable, but I don't want to lose them before their time is up (i.e. before the end of the month). Now I've got a method done for putting in and taking out my contacts with these claws. =P

Because Jo hates taking out contact lenses I got her to take mine out. Do you use the pinch or slide method?
