A few weeks ago I lost the notebook that I bring with me everywhere that helps me keep my life sane. In it, I often will schedule my time and make lists of what I need to accomplish. I've been having lots of nightmares lately, but tonight was the most disturbing. For the first time ever, I died in my dreams. I don't want to sleep anymore.

Sometimes I need books to help me find my emotions. One of the most amazing things is when someone can put words to an exact emotion I'm feeling without knowing me.
