Like, you look at pictures and reblog them, but then what? There's no conversation. Conversation's actively discouraged by most people, like adding your own thoughts is an embarrassment. That's annoying. Do I see a resurgence in DW/LJ any time soon? No, but at least you can fucking talking to people here

I agree with you about Tumblr. Like I see you all the time but I don't feel like I get to talk to you. It's frustrating and makes me miss here but no one IS here.

But I'll come back if you'll come back.

I'm rooting for your friend, though I don't really watch it (if the TV is on now it's either kids stuff or after dinner it's sports) but I'm all your girls. And yours!

this is my first time checking lj in forever, because i was feeling avoidant having left it so long (circular problems yay).

but i have the same issues with tumblr. i love it! it's for pretty! it's great ~because it's not about interaction.

but am definitely missing that back and forth at this point. missing the connection.
