i have good and great news for you today. first for the good news: day of silence went great! i spoke one word in the morning, and that was "fuck," and another word at lunch: "yes" and then six words during fifth period: "umm yeah shes a lot better" because ms scafide asked me how sydney was, and i forgot to not say anything. and then in the middle
