so what the hell my steam account got magically VAC-banned. So i can no longer join VAC secured servers, which is basically all the servers. I dont cheat, i hadnt even played steam in forever; maybe like 3-4 weeks since i last played TF2. Tried to play it on the new computer and boom my account is banned. So now i may have to buy a new copy of TF2

You might want to change the password on any of your online accounts. It sounds like you may have had a trojan keylogger on your old system...

That sucks that they won't lift a ban under any circumstances... If valve ever did that to me and would refuse to help resolve the situation then that would be the day I stop supporting their products regardless of how good they may be.

This type of thing is why I don't support Valve in the first place. I bought the damn game. Why should they have the power to deny me the ability to play it for whatever reason they feel like coming up with?
