Russia is simply a confusing place. You have this city where KFC and Macdonalds hand out free toothpicks with their meal, for hygeine purposes, but where people spit all over the place at any time. What's the deal? Spitting on the pavement is disgusting. Toothpicks are unnecessary. I say it's time to sort priorities here
