Just had a quality day with my FAMILY in London following my BIRTHDAY yesterday. We went to see LES MISERABLES which is an AWESOME musical, and this was truely amazing. well, it's time to talk about my legs. I got off the treadmill today and I couldn't feel below the knee because it was numb through pain. This is apparently because I have "shin splints" where my calf muscles are overdeveloped and my shin muscles underdeveloped and so my shin muscles get ripped, and it's just really painful. I spent thursday - now in Florence and Tuscany. Rather nice place, very stunning. Lots of scooters and churches.
