if it's the mechanism the turns them at the top, don't glue it, take it somewhere and have them fix it.

is the little piece at the bottom, like a white peg? because if so that will come out while you are tightening them for the first few times. you just need to find someone or something that can hold it down for you while you put them on. when you change strings on an acoustic that tends to want to pop out of place every once in a while. just find some big strong boy to keep it in place for you.

No its the piece near the top right before the first fret, that all the strings lay into. It has groves on it to keep them in place. That fell off. :(

Yeah It's hard leaving. the difference between me and you is that mine live like 8 hours and $500 away by plane. And I won't see them in four months. It sucks. But I am excited to come home, its just difficult. Miss you tons and you didn't act like a five year old, more like 6 or 7. haha.
