I definitely sympathize. I'm going to some art opening tonight with a girl who's explicitly interested now, but I'll be counting the seconds until she realizes I really am serious about my religion and suddenly casts me off.

Religion doesn't necessarily make a person. It is a part of a person, but it isn't like if you are Mormon or Muslim, you fit the same mold as other fellow practitioners.

Honestly though, you don't want to go on dates with your aforementioned guys anyway. Better to find out before the 1st date then after the 5th.

Change perceptions. If they can't handle it they are not as secure with themselves as you are. They shouldn't judge you on your religion or the ungrad place you attended. If they do you can raise your middle finger to the sky and tell them they need some god damn religion in thier fucked up life.
