My Mum came round for a visit today and brought me Lindt bunnies, homegrown baby beetroot and garlic, and... Stephanie Alexander's Kitchen Garden Companion, which is an enormous book about food from planting the seeds to cooking it and eating it all up! So we had roasted beetroot salad for dinner, from one of the recipes, using the yummy garden

Love beetroot anything! And it's so yummy and sweet when it's home grown !! Plus it's so easy to grow too!! Yum yum ! That book looks awesome have been meaning to get it out from the library for some yummy ideas!!:)
