i am officially sick as a dog. I havent been able to hold anything down since yesterday afternoon (except 6 saltines)

i havent been this sick in years.

just wanted to let people know thats why i have been neglecting lj stuff...i apoligise

There a few nasty flu's going around. We're all sick here. Both kids, the husband and me. It's not fun. We've got what the Doctor's offices is calling Influenza B. (And I got my flu shot this year too). I hurt all over. Dizzy at time. But happily we're keeping food down. (well, my youngest didn't at one point today).

Hope you're feeling better soon.
