"Initiation"

Intriguing; however, completely illogical.

Formal introductions are in order. For now, refer to me as "Hakuteiken".

Apparent theft. Disorder. Chaos. However, I believe I am capable of assisting those targetted by criminal offenses.

[ooc: Hakuteiken = affected. Wardrobe = Batman. Going w/ DC Comics here.]

*sky/spike, s: not a happy camper, s: talk is cheap, *phoenix/truth, s: introduction, *ichigo/toushi, *rose/kitty, *rukia/kazahana, e: wardrobe malfunction, *yoruichi/bastet, s: unimpressed, *sasuke/drake, *miles/justice, *toki/kanin, *allen/cross, s: better than you, s: not nice to meet you, *novak/scales

Incompetent. [ooc: very neatly and completely blotted out in one ink strikethrough]

An interesting place completely lacking in sense.

Address me as "Hakuteiken", and state your name.

I am able to assist those targeted in the recent thefts.

As of now, it is uncertain. Descriptions, evidence, and information have yet to be properly gathered and reported.

And your name is?

I have seen several who fit this description. There was only one description reported? How many have gone in pursuit?

[NPCs are useful things.]

If you think this is chaos, I don't know how you're going to deal when things really get bad.

To what extent does anyone have control over these illogical forces? Disorderliness such as theft needlessly disrupts this abnormal place.

I'm not saying the thefts aren't a problem--just that in this place, they don't constitute a state of chaos.

Such disorder, despite how uncommon, ruins obtainable peace in this society's prevalent abnormal state.

Meanwhile, you imply recent inconveniences merely a fraction of this environment's capabilities, correct? It is pertinent to regulate whatever can be controlled for the sake of obtaining peace and orderliness.

I'm sure they are.

And as much as I'm sure everyone here appreciates your noble efforts, the guards are out looking already. Don't step on their toes.

"Refer" to you as "Hakuteiken"?

I take it then, that is not your name?

snobbiest October 13 2008, 13:59:53 UTC
Regardless of how fitting, selecting names for oneself is unacceptable when one knows the superiority of his actual name.

extantlaw October 13 2008, 14:52:38 UTC
Although if one does not know one's name, or even if one has one, the superiority or otherwise of it is merely useless speculation, is it not?

You may refer to me as Justice, by the way - for now.

Given this environment, is it also vain speculation that normalcy exists beyond this realm? Has anyone any means to prove otherwise? Residue of our 'former selves' exists as an undeniable evidence in our preferences, mannerisms, and logic. Therefore, this superiority that has carried over in my choice of a temporary name.

Undoubtedly an interesting name choice. A pleasure.
