today was the 10 year anniversary of kurt cobains death. he may have been one of the greatest musicians ever and nirvana i think is the only band i can truely say i am sorry i never got to experience live. listening to their music today makes you realize how much of todays music sucks. its a shame he died so young ( Read more... )

I was watching the MTV Unplugged special today, and I had flashbacks of watching it live when it first aired... I was 11. Jesus, that was 10 years ago. Where does the time go?

Haha, on the first anniversary of Kurt Cobain's death, my equally obsessed friend and I made these flyer things and started handing them out in school to keep his memory alive. Dorks. Meh, we were so young, so it's cute. Hehehehe. =-)

whats im hard pressed to believe is i was in like ninth grade,and 15 years old.

and ive never been a huge nirvana fan,but the unplugged is the greatest unplugged ever released.

I was never a huge fan of his stuff, but I thought it was as a whole a good collection of mostly good songs. Much unlike the swill that the media giants are ramming down our throats these days ( ... )
