1. duplicate base, set to screen. around 30%.

2. duplicate the screen layer & set to soft light.

3. new layer. fill with #98dff4 @ 100 - burn.

4. color balance.
midtones: -26, -48, -18
shadows: -35, 0, 0
highlights: 10, 0, -10

5. duplicate base & bring to top. desaturate & set to soft light.

& you could be done!

optional steps:

6. paste
and set to screen at whatever looks best.

7. add text. i used the font print bold.
