thomas! i've missed you. ok why is cheech marin doing a commercial about reading to your kids on dr seuss's birthday... whatever. anyway, i was really sad i didnt get to see you over break; we haven't talked in awhile. hope you're doing well. school's killing me but i obviously have time to read the LJs :-) and yes i dig the haircut. later dude!

Cheech Marin has had a moderatly successful acting career since Cheech and Chong and has remained somewhat visable. He was on Nash Bridges and has been in a few movies. He's also a renowned chicano artist, a style of painting reflective of mexican culture, which is kind of wierd since cheech marin is actually (gasp) Iranian. Besides all that I'm pretty sure he's been clean for some time.
Tommy Chong on the other hand has been an influential figure for the past 30 years in the movement to legalize pot, as well as still pursuing acting and comedy. You may have seen him on that 70's Show a while back.
