Dr. House treats a Buffy alumna!
It is wonderfully fitting that Michelle Trachtenberg, even after the cancellation of Buffy The Vampire Slayer, still finds ways to be attacked by bloodsuckers. Of course, in this case, a tick was the culprit. And wasn't that a BIG boy that House found!
The best line of the night had to be Dr. Cameron's dismissal of Dr. Chase's sexual prowess: "Too bad it's not you giving a (semen) sample ... we'd be done by now!" Runner-up goes to Dr. Foreman, who parried House's racially rude remark about being in charge of the "WHITE board" by asking, "Want to give me that BLACK marker?"
But the best single moment was House, popping his head up, sort of blankly looking at the parents of the teenage girl whose legs he was perched between, then resuming his activities. I thought House was going to get punched ... again.
I was happy to hear that Steve McQueen the rat is still around. He deserves more screen time!
I am disappointed that the writers couldn't think of anything better to do with House and Wilson than pit them against each other in a practical joke contest. And the cane wrestling contest in the elevator between House and Foreman somehow didn't deliver the dramatic impact that it should have.
