Dr. House takes a BIG case.
I generally liked the obese patient. I liked his attitude toward food -- maybe it made him really fat, but dammit, he was going to enjoy the hell out of eating. His stance toward doctors was a little paranoid, though.
Dr. Cameron decided to be kind of a badass, lying to Dr. Cuddy in order to cover for House and, in a very House-like move, keeping the obese patient from leaving the hospital with a dose of phenytoin. I'm happy the writers didn't screw everything up at the end by revealing some relative of hers that struggled with weight and caused her to be sensitive about the subject.
Dr. Chase has no sympathy for fat people. But after this fact was hammered home so thoroughly early on, it was abandoned. Did he have an epiphany while he was sitting on his ass (as House directed him to do)?
House has a really nice guitar.
The scene at the end with the cop and Dr. Wilson was good. I wonder how mad Wilson is going to be now that he knows House has been forging prescriptions?
