Sonic Continued
Well, after extensive talking with some people on sci.math, some hand calculations, and a running computer program to run through all possibilties, I'm ready to say SONIC JUST PULLED THAT NUMBER OUT OF THEIR BUTTS.
It probably tested well or something on a focus group.
Anyway, to save everyone from the boring mathematics...
I wrote a program that would allow me to iterate through all drink combinations for every possible set of parameters (17 drinks, 14 addins or 20 drinks with 4 addins, etc). After all that, the closest I could come to the number was by 2 with 168896 combinations with the parameters of 18 drinks, 17 addins, and the person much choose 12 addins in their drink. Yeah, not very logical, I know.
So yeah, pending a miricle on the side of Sonic's PR department....Taylor-1 Sonic-0
