I love when A/R fight and I really love when you write them fighting.
And I love the Pegasus/RS arc, so I love the shout out: And she never should have stopped being so bloody-minded.
And I love any time Laura's got this brilliant plan to control a situation and it blows up in her face in not the way she expected. (Like picking Baltar for VP)
I both love and hate that fight. I remember wincing the entire time it was happening. But I always was struck by how much meaning it had. It's a really profound moment for the audiences' perception of their relationship, I think.
I'm so very glad you're enjoying this. And I love that you loved my RS I shout-out. That scene kills me. :)
Thank you so very much! I'm so happy you enjoyed my interpretation of "what happened next." It's such a hard and yet beautiful scene. My heart aches just thinking about it.
Six of One is one of my favorite BSG episodes, because of how real their relationship is in it. I love what you've done with that, the way you've developed it and made them both almost too stubborn to continue on together... almost, but not quite. I've been looking forward to this chapter all day!
These two are so wonderfully stubborn and so perfectly imperfect. I just adore them. I'm so glad that you are finding this both realistic and in character. Thank you so much for the lovely comment!
The "Six of One" fight was such an old married couple's fight.
I really like how you turned things around and made Laura the caretaker here. I was right there reading this description:
She ran the cloth across his face, fighting her own shaky stomach as she cleaned the tacky sweat and sour smell from his skin. Bill sighed, head moving unconsciously into the swipes of the fabric, jaw tilting to let her wash his neck and shoulders. Cautiously testing the brightness of the room, Bill cracked his eyelids, gradually opening them and watching her as his vision adjusted to the light.

"She watched his brow furrow at the loss of contact, then soothe when the tips of his fingers found her thigh."
Gods that is great work right there. Can't wait for your next chapter. Thanks for a marvelous read so far.

Completely. That fight has such an amazing level of intimacy. I was floored when I watched it. (And may have emo-squeed a little)
I'm so glad you found the writing real. And so glad that you're enjoying this!
