Well, Jason and I found out on Friday that we were going to have to move out of our wonderful place and find a new one because the owners of it were selling it. Well, today I found out why they were selling it. Because they haven't been paying on it, and they owe almost $3,000. A cop came to the door (I think to serve an eviction notice), but

=( im sorry, craig. best of luck to you and Jay, I know how troublesome apt. hunting can be. Keep you chin up though, everything works out for a reason, hopefully you will find out that the apartment you are living in now is like termite infested or has mold in it and you can sue them for damamges caused to your property.
