So, work has improved DRAMATICALLY! Michelle, my manager, has somehow turned from non-existant to phenomenal. Not only did she change my schedule so that I only work until 4 on the 17th, but she helped me take care of EVERY SINGLE PROBLEM I had today!!! It was sooooo great.
