Someday I need to buckle down and start reading Platinum Grit because the small bits of it I've read have seemed very well-crafted but I just haven't had the patience to read the whole thing.

JDR's next thing is actually a revitalization of one of her really old things that's been on otakuworld for years and years, which I've never gotten around to looking at since I think it needs some crappily-coded custom Windows program to view it. But in any case yeah it looks like she's finally doing something other than Yet Another Unicorn Jelly and so maybe it'll be decent, even if her art is still ridiculously lumpy.

Your friends' comics look good. I am glad they both have RSS feeds because that makes them easy to follow. It's also fun to get in on a comic when there's only one page posted so I don't have to make time to catch up on the archive.

Oh man, it TOTALLY has. It just updates very infrequently. The artist is on livejournal as "_gertrude_".
