Yesterday:  5ish mile ride on the trails at Burchfield - a whole lotta work!

Today:  3 mile walk and lifting for biceps, triceps, and legs

Cardio:  2 mile run/walk, 4 mile ride home on my NEW bike (it's pretty and awesome and fabulous!)

Lifting:  legs, chest, shoulders

I want it to be warm out so Peter and I can ride our bikes to Lansing City Market and Old Town, with a stop at the Brenke Fish Ladder.

Here we sit, curled up under a blanket together, staring at our MacBooks.  And Peter drew on my toes with a pen.  Yup, we're nerds.  But nerds who MacBook together stay together.  So there.
