Thanks. I know you're right. It's just annoying, as my work feels so far from finished and my tutor last Thursday said I only had 'minor' changes. But they seem to have involved nearly rewriting/writing all 15,000 words again! I feel exhausted. I'm at 14,000 but parts of it are still in bullet points. I kinda wonder will I make it into a complete coherent document by Friday...
I wish I had some real advice. My doctor keeps telling me to stop working. And I can't. I'm not sure I know how.
As for the bullet points, I don't know. I suppose your best bet is to remove the bullet points and do the barest minimum to make them into coherent statements that follow on from each other.
I took a deep breath and at least I now have a conclusion. There's still quite a lot to do but I'm going to do my best and get it there - some of it just might take a while...
Does stopping working make the stress go away?
Well I'm starting my PhD officially next week but I think it might be a week or two before I get properly going with it (don't have my first supervision until mid October thankfully).
Aw, try to get a proper night's sleep each night, as much as you can. You don't want to run yourself into the ground. Mainline the Vitamin C as well. If it's really gone to your chest, go and see your GP as well, because it might just need a course of antibiotics to knock it on the head. Often these things are viral though and it really is all about the rest and fluids. Best of luck with it all though- the end is in sight! And it sounds like you've got a solid chunk of it done well already, from what you're saying. xxx

It's a symptom of burnout. I know this, because I often get various sicknesses at the worst times, too.
