So um. I definitely made a girl cry today. In creative writing, I was critiquing her poem, and just. It was bad, guys. It really wasn't good. At all. And I thought I could be honest? Oh my god. I wasn't trying to be mean! But then I just kept going, and kept trying to explain myself, and it ended in me comparing her poem to that scene in She's All ( Read more... )

LOL I know. :) I was just shocked that she would take it so personally? Actually, I shouldn't be shocked at all. Do you remember, I think it may have been in the first week or two of class, when we were mocking Nicholas Sparks books and she got all quiet and defensive, as she is wont to do? I mean, really. It seems to be her style lol. I think I was only making it a big deal because she had made it such a big deal, and therefore I figured it must be? That I must be some devil woman who makes poor little girls cry. :) But yeah, I need to keep in mind who we're dealing with here.
