Thank you for this - I'm looking forward to reading it. And to seeing the back of Arianne Martell, who though no doubt a lovely girl and kind to her mother, always seems to me to belong to an older and much dodgier age of fantasy women.

Yes, I suppose so. Also, that Arianne chapter was one of those chapters that are a bit meh, where POV Character X is travelling from A to B and filling in the time by discussing bits of backstory that haven't made it into the plot yet. This new one's got more action.

Also, nice to see you around again! I kept forgetting to reply to your update post, so congratulations on the new addition and all that, and hopefully the work situation is back on track again. :)
