I gacked the Harry layout. But I noticed that there are % signs in the line that has the time and before the comment links. Do I need to change something?

Hmmm, that's really odd. Are you sure you copied and pasted the code EXACTLY how it is? Because I just tryed putting it in my tester journal one more time, and there are no % signs in the time line.. so my advice is to try it again, just make positive to copy the code exactly how it is written, and don't make any changes. Lemme know if that doesn't work.
