If you haven't tried Trader Joes frozen Chocolate Croissants and you love croissants, run out and buy these. They come frozen, must proof overnight. (greased baking sheet, in cold oven) then bake for 20 minutes. Four bucks for four of them, so that's 'cheap', and easier carrying home frozen than baked
