Once the dispute's open, send the images of the bag and also show proof with images of commercially sold ones if you can. That tends to end the dispute.
And you're right, she should've asked questions prior to buying it. My guess is she's trying to scam it out of you and get her money back. -.-
Well, what I think happened was that she's causing a fuss over something that can't be confirmed. It's a Chanel purse that my aunt got from her friend 10 years ago.
So I put it as an authentic vintage chanel purse.
Because thats what it is.
But the girl claims that the snaps that close the bag are patented by another designer Kate Spade.
So either she's full of shit, or, it is infact different snaps. But what could have happened was the original snaps were ruined, so they were replaced with the Kate Spade ones.
