Home Sick One More Day

I woke up this morning feeling somewhat better, and my cough has calmed way down. But I'm still feverish and tired, so I called in. I'm nervous about calling in two days after being out sick with an almost identical malady last month. But I know if I go in and I get worn out jumping in and out of the truck for a few hours and have to go home early

Have you gone to see a doctor yet? It might be a bacterial infection that is just going dormant on you.
