I am so tired and hungry right now.
And i am angry too
Im going berserk.
The song is keeping me calm for now..
I hate asian supermarket.. staffs there are so rude.
Not once, but often every time i went there, i always find them real rude.
Here i was, shopping in that Asian supermarket and i pushed a trolley instead of the usual where i would often choose for a basket. After i had picked mostly all stuff i wanted, i went to pay at the register
Didnt know that the trolley couldnt be push out of the supermarket (in-store use only) and instead of saying politely , that lady went 'TROLLEY CANNOT GO OUT'.

If i was the one serving, i would be going 'Sorry mdm/sir, but you cant push the trolley out of the supermart.'
And give them a smile instead of a lj face. There isnt any 'thank u' or 'see ya again' when the change was given to me. RUde RuDe rUDe.

Back from lunch ^.^
My lunch.
Energetic right now.
Bought lots of things for steamboat tonight
-800g (2x400g) Beef
-800g (2x400g) Lamb
-800g (2x400g) Pork
-2packs of beef balls
-2packs of pork balls
-1pack of fish balls
(Arranged 1pack of each type and placed in the fridge so that Brandon wont have to do it later)
(the rest placed in the fridge)
-1kg of chicken thigh
Chicken thigh to make chicken karaagi for shaun who requested for it
-800g Pork Liver
It looks so gross. I remember Brandon used to put them in the food blender and blend them for Nor Hiang
-1 bottle of maynnoise (JAPAN)
Real yummy!!!
-Chillies (We dont buy ready-made chilli instead we tend to do it ourselves coz it's more delicious)
-Mushrooms
(We dont use normal mushroom. we use golden mushroom and straw mushroom)
-Bak Kut Teh Packet
THat's The most impoRtant ingredient. That the base for our soup.
Instead of using Chicken stock etc, we use bak kut teh coz, my uncle invented it previously and it tasted damn delicious!!!
I even setted up the table so that i dont have to do it later.
And SUKIYAKI SAUCE for dipping ^.^
Anyway Brandon asked me to buy FIVE BOXES of PRIMA LAKSA
i have to tell u guys, that's the best laksa ever ^.^
Coz it really taste like the laksa i had in singapore.

There's lots of variety like meesiam, meerebus, chicken rice, char kway teow etc..
And it cost $3.80 each pack.
I have to introduce my uni singaporean friends.

Walking from Paddys market to home is real far and real tired.
