So, in late December, Oregon and Washington were both buried in snow and ice - enough of it that there were power outages, car accidents, and people stranded by snow or debris caused by the snow. Heck, my family was without power for 5 days

I know...we've had 60s, which even in VA is WEIRD and then the temp plummets down to the low 30s and we have freezing rain. It's really weird.

That said, it sounds very unpleasant, and you have my sympathies because floods are no joke in Oregon.

But THAT said, it's time for more mockery. *ahem* ZOMG! 10-15 mph winds?!? Whatever are you going to do?!?
