I was going through my record collection with Jenny when the phone rang. I got up from the floor and went to the phone, expecting an old friend, a professor, or a wrong number. But what I heard on the other end of that phone brought my heart to a stop

thank you sara. i only wish critics or publishers would feel the same way.
i've worked a lot more on it since i wrote it. i even showed it to my graphic arts teacher, and she said it was a lovely piece.
