so scott and co aren't offering me any kind of affordable payment plan. it's pretty much just what the council tax was before.

CAB tomorrow i guess.

Scott and Co are wankers. Somehow when my Gran died last year they managed to get hold of my address and were threatening to send the bailiffs round as she had missed some payments in Wales as she was dead. Had to pass it all on to my dad and it wasn't the best time to do so as they were insisting on copies of the death certificates. Hope you get somewhere with the CAB

to be honest they can come round and take my cello, i don't have time to play it and would quite like to sell it, haha, but my boy has about 15,000 worth of musical equipment so he's pretty scared. although i know that wouldn't happen for a while.
i know people who have been able to pay £20 a week to them so i was just shocked when the guy said we had to pay a "substantial" payment now of £200 and then £130 a month. we just simply don't have it, but he didn't seem to understand.

went to advice shop, amazing guy is making an offer to scott and co for us and said he's pretty sure they should accept it, so less stressed now :)
