I am gonna donate money also.. I donated when the tsunami struck, so i cant imagine not donating when its in our own country. I also was bored last night and emptied my drawers of all the summer stuff im been clinging too, but never evere wear. And I dont wanna give it to a church, i wanna send it to poeple that were effected by the hurricane, so I think Im gonna call the Red Cross and find out if they can pick it up and send it there. Do u think they'll do that, or know how I can find out where to send it?

actually i just read on redcross.org that they really dont want donations of clothing or food and stuff b/c they have to use people to sort thru that kinda of stuff and they dont have the manpower to do that b/c all their volunteers are basically down in lousiana trying to help out. so they said the best way to help is to donate money b/c that way they can use it however they need to.
