It's video post challenge time

OK, it's back on. This challenge goes out to all of my LJ friends to post a simple one minute video clip of yourself to your own blog. YouTube makes it really easy to do and most of you have the technical means for this simple challenge. I had quite a few responses last year to this (maybe two years ago?) and I'm hoping for many more
