exactally, police standing around, not beating anyones asses...
that is not a riot, find the video of the riot they had a few years back, last i recall they were flipping cars and setting them on fire. 2 of the flipped cars being police cars... now THATS a riot.

good stuff, too bad the person didnt get video of the cops shooting tear gas into you, over by the gerbal cage(parking garage).
