Surgery is done - public post
Just a note to let you all know that the surgery is done. I think it went well and they have given me good drugs. Arm is very sore, though, so not much typing. This should clear up the problem and I expect to be up and at 'em soon.

Eventful day
First off - I got a new phone. For some of you this isn't a big deal because you get a new phone each year. In the 12 years that I have had a cell phone, I have owned 2. That's it. So getting a new phone = major change for me.

Very overcast morning. Looks truly depressing out there. Minnesota winters are full of gray, hazy, cloudy days. I think that's what gets people down here, going days and weeks without seeing the sun.
