Also, Moobs. I don't know if this is something you believe but it's something I do; most time illness and unwellness derives from dis-ease on an emotional/mental/spiritual plane. (you can read about it here if you want)

So like, I'm just posting this to throw it out there. If you like the idea of it cool, if it doesn't seem your thing I'm not trying to force it onto you or anything.
