So...i got yelled at today and was told that i have to update more frequently. So...i'm updating. :-P Last weekend i went to Kyoto again and that was a lot of fun. The two courses I took with Paul Scott were Peace, Conflict & Human Rights and then Pacific Rivalry. The former class had a huge project and a few papers, but I managed to get a trip to Hiroshima out of it, so it was worth it. The Pacific Rivalry class didn't have field trips, but there were only a midterm and paper in that class - no homework otherwise. He might have changed the class though. Out of curiousity, what problem(s) are you talking about?

How is your host family? How is the commute? Ect. Ect. :)

Dr. Scott just talks...and i don't know what the hell he's talking about especially in Peace, Conflict, & Human Rights. I went to Pacific Rivalry and i actually understood what was going on...so i'm happy with that.

My HOst family lives in Katano which is like a 20 minutes train ride to Gotenyama...where i have to stop at Hirakatashi. It's ok...but it sucks because no one lives by me. Nick and Zach live near Makino because they live in Seminar House 4, Kimie lives in Seminar House 1, and Brian and Richard live in Kuzuha. AHHH! But other than that, i'm having fun...mostly on the weekends though.
