Thinking of posting audio journal entries rather than written ones, because I don't have time to write and yet I very much feel the need to communicate to someone, somewhere, what's going on in my day-to-day life (if only to collect my thoughts, you know?). I'd definitely listen =) I only really know how to download mp3s online and listen to streaming audio - haven't quite figured out podcasting - but when I do I would tune in for certain.

And I disagree with your statement that you've sacrificed finding a partner to love and settle down with... you'd be surprised by the number of people out there who are happy to pursue a relationship with someone with a child. I saw an advert in a personals column from a male aged 25, even, saying as much.

i love listening to podcasts when i jog. they're generally more overtly "narrative" than music which makes it easy for me to forget what i am doing (i.e. boring exercise). my only problem is that i don't always have the ways or means of downloading podcasts, since my internet use depends largely on my job at the time, so i wouldn't necessarily keep up to date, but i would definitely be interested and definitely listen!
