Exactly. That is what happens to me as well. It is a constant balance, and it is so hard to find the right balance without being torn apart inside.

Did you go cross country, or downhill skiing? I love cross country as it is so relaxing, and fun:)

Cross country. I can't do downhill at all. But cross country I grew up with. It's relaxing, fun, and good exercise.
