You're not the only one willfully ignoring impending doom... er, finals. Neverwinter Nights has lots and lots of mods that you can download for free :D I highly recommend the Shadowlords and Dreamcatcher series.

I haven't gotten it yet, but my fiance has it. I really want to play World of Warcraft, but I am waiting until I get a computer which can handle it.
