*giggles* Isn't it just spectacular? The first time I saw commercials for it, before it was in theaters...I was kinda pissed off because they BLEW UP PARLIAMENT AND BIG BEN! But then I saw it and by the time it got there I was cheering (literally, though more quietly than I would've at home...) *huggles*
Oh now see you've gone and quoted one of my all time favorite movies. I *LOVE* this movie, and it's got some of the best dialogue in any movie I've ever seen. Hugo Weaving as V rocks my socks.
V is definitely in my top 5. Right up there with 'Speak', 'W;t', and the other two that constantly change...(if you haven't seen Speak or W;t (aka Wit) do! They're both wonderful, if less action oriented than V, but just as thought provoking. Speak is based on the book of the same name by Laurie Halse Anderson and W;t is a play. The movie was made for TV starring Emma Thompson...)
The dialogue in V is spectacular, I agree...Everyone was cast so perfectly and performed just...amazingly...Hugo Weaving, as I said, is an acting GOD in this movie.
